Together with students from the History of Art department at Yale, the PhD program coordinates a series of presentations by speakers from both within and outside Yale University. Each year speakers are invited to partake in the yearlong Forum to share their research, publications, and ongoing work. The lecture series is an opportunity for intellectual exchange between individuals from across disciplines and institutions. Speakers have included a wide array of intellectuals from the fine arts, architecture, and engineering.
Forum events are held on Mondays at 6.30pm, throughout the fall and spring terms, and take place in Smith Conference Room (3rd floor) in Rudolph Hall.
The series is sponsored by the School of Architecture, the Department of the History of Art, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
